References to regulatory frameworks, compliance requirements, security standards, or laws, including references to HIPAA, GDPR, segregation-of-duties requirements, or other regulatory matters, are provided for general informational purposes and should not be interpreted as a representation that any particular customer implementation will achieve legal or regulatory compliance. 10. Security Information and Demonstrations
The Website may contain descriptions, demonstrations, case studies, examples, or other information concerning cybersecurity, authentication, access control, biometric technologies, SAP security, and fraud prevention. Such content is provided for informational purposes. No security technology can guarantee the prevention of every unauthorized access, security incident, fraud event, data breach, or other security event. The security performance of a particular implementation depends on numerous factors, including customer configuration, infrastructure, policies, access controls, third-party systems, user practices, and implementation.
11. Case Studies and Customer Information
The Website may display, reference, or publish customer case studies, testimonials, performance metrics, or references to third-party customer organizations. All such materials, examples, and representations are provided strictly for illustrative and informational purposes, describing specific, individual implementations and isolated user experiences. Because outcomes depend on a wide range of variable factors, including, without limitation, a customer’s unique operational environment, system configurations, internal security controls, workflows, and technical infrastructure, these materials do not constitute a guarantee, promise, or warranty of similar results for any other party. Actual results and performance outcomes will vary. Furthermore, given the highly sensitive nature of the information security industry, many of our clients elect to maintain strict confidentiality regarding their vendor partnerships; realtime respects customer privacy rights and adheres strictly to nondisclosure and anonymity requirements across all published content.
12. Third-Party Links and Content
The Website may contain links to third-party websites and may display or embed third-party content, including video and social-media content.
Third-party links are provided for convenience.
realtime North America does not control third-party websites and does not necessarily endorse their content, products, services, or privacy practices.
Your use of third-party websites is governed by the terms and policies of those third parties.
13. Downloads and Materials
The Website may make available PDFs, white papers, case studies, presentations, documentation, videos, and other materials for informational purposes.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, downloading or accessing such material does not grant you ownership of the material or a license to realtime North America’s intellectual property.
Materials may be changed, removed, or updated without notice.
14. User Communications
If you submit information, questions, comments, suggestions, or other communications to realtime North America through the Website or by email, you represent that you have the right to provide that information. You should not submit confidential, proprietary, trade-secret, or sensitive information through a general Website contact form or ordinary email unless realtime North America has specifically instructed you to do so through an appropriate secure process. 15. Confidential Information
The Website is a public information resource.
You should assume that information submitted through publicly accessible portions of the Website is not confidential unless realtime North America expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
Confidential business, technical, security, customer, or proprietary information should be exchanged through appropriate contractual and secure channels.
